FLAMBÈ
Flambè is any dish that is doused in alcohol and lit on fire on the table. The food is topped with rum and lit afire.
Tandoor
Tandoor consists of using a traditional Indian oven, made of thick clay for an authentic Indian meal. The heat for the tandoor is generated by burning the charcoal. Served with mint and cranberry chutney
